For anything to do with one of our applications — a bug, a crash, a purchase problem, a question, a feature request, or a privacy request — email hello@chemistryengine.app.

We aim to respond within two business days. The same address handles press and partnership enquiries.

What to include

You do not need all of this, but the more you can tell us, the faster we can fix it:

• Which application you are using, and its version number
• Your device and operating system version
• What you were doing when the problem happened
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
• A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visible

Purchases and refunds

Purchases made inside our applications are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, which means refunds have to go through them.

• Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: request a refund through your Google Play order history

If a purchase did not unlock correctly, email us first — that is usually something we can fix directly.

Privacy and your data

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email hello@chemistryengine.app with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what rights you have.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in one of our applications, please report it privately to hello@chemistryengine.app rather than disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable window to address it. We appreciate the help.
